If your visa request has been denied OR if you are unable to secure the necessary appointment to obtain a visa, you are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee if your request is received no later than July 11, 2024. Any requests for refunds on or after July 12, 2024, will be subject to the cancellation policies and refund amounts outlined in the above Registration section.
