Registration cancellation requests must be emailed to MCI at mdrtregistration@wearemci.com to be eligible for a full refund.
If your visa request has been denied OR if you are unable to secure the necessary appointment to obtain a visa, you are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee if your request is received no later than July 24, 2026.
All requests must be submitted individually and sent via email to mdrtregistration@wearemci.com.
Refund requests must include your MDRT ID# and the official denial letter from the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs OR a screenshot of the Government of Australian website showing no visa appointments are available. MDRT will not process requests for information without this documentation.
