In addition to holding many leadership positions, including senior agency leader, team manager, head of field training and head of bancassurance, Godagama has also received accolades for his accomplishments and professional certifications throughout his financial services career.

Jenkins Halili is a senior sales manager at Zurich International Life and has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services profession, with several years in leadership. Halili holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and worked with brokerage and advisory firms prior to joining Zurich. With specialties in advisor development, coaching and building an MDRT-focused culture, Halili has been recognized multiples times for peak performance and service excellence.

Chi Teng Han, CIAM, ChFC/S, is a financial services director at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd. Han earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Southampton, received the Diamond Agency MDRT Culture of Excellence Award in 2025 and the Gold Agency MDRT Culture of Excellence Award in 2024 as well as many other accolades within his company. He has spoken at various MDRT Days and at other events within the financial services profession.

Tomas Skvarenina is a partner at Partners Group SK and has 23 years of experience in the financial services profession, with more than 18 years in leadership. He holds a degree in business and marketing from the University of Economics and is responsible for leading 250 people across Slovakia and Bulgaria. As an experienced director who is skilled in negotiation, leading teams, mentoring and business planning, Skvarenina creates and develops distribution channels for financial products and services.

Vincent Gan, ChFC, CLU, is an executive senior director with Great Eastern Financial Advisers Singapore and has been in the financial services profession for 20 years. He specializes in agency leadership, training and development, with a passion for helping financial consultants grow purposefully and sustainably. A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Gan has served on industry councils, spoken at international forums and received numerous company and industry accolades.

Clay Gillespie, CFP, CLU, is the 2026 First Vice President of MDRT. An Excalibur Knight of the MDRT Foundation, Gillespie served as Global Council Member of MDRT’s Finance Division in 2023 and as Top of the Table Global Council Member and Advisory Board Chair in 2019. He was Captain of the 2015 MDRT Annual Meeting Focus Sessions Committee and has served as Chair of several committees in the Top of the Table Division. Gillespie is a financial advisor, portfolio manager and managing director with RGF Integrated Wealth Management.

Simon D. Lister, Dip PFS, is the 2026 Secretary of MDRT. He served as Global Council Member of the 2025 MDRT Annual Meeting Program Development Division. He previously served as Chair of the Main Platform Committee for the 2024 MDRT Annual Meeting, Chair of the Focus Sessions Committee for the 2023 MDRT Annual Meeting, and as Global Council Member and Advisory Board Chair of the Top of the Table Division in 2021. He also is a Platinum Knight of the MDRT Foundation and a member of its Inner Circle Society. Lister is an independent financial planner and managing director with ML Financial Associates.

Subhas V. Nathan is a senior financial services director with Prudential Assurance Company. He leads the Eminence Group, which has more than 200 advisors. Nathan specializes in uniting the organization and motivating each advisor to high levels of performance. He has a Bachelor of Science in physics and has received multiple Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Agency awards.

Geng Chen is a sales manager at Mingya Insurance Brokers and a full-time independent broker with six years of frontline experience in the insurance industry. He holds a degree in insurance from the University of International Business and Economics.

Pu Li is a founding partner of Shengrui Investment, with more than a decade of expertise in wealth management and a specialized focus on comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth clients. In 2012, Li received the May Fourth Medal from China's financial sector, and in 2016 was recognized as one of the Top 10 Most Influential Leaders in China's wealth management industry. He was also a speaker at the 2023 MDRT Global Conference.

Hidenori Miki joined the financial services profession in 1996 and currently serves as an agency manager with Yokohama Basha-michi branch of Financial Japan. He works for small- and mid-sized business owners, primarily in the manufacturing industry in Japan, and specializes in business succession, inheritance measures, and asset building and management. Miki has served on numerous MDRT committees over the years and has held various roles for the Program General Arrangements Division, including as DVP of the 2021 MDRT Global Conference.

Andrew Ang Choon Her, ChFC, CIAM, is a financial services director with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, bringing over 24 years of experience in financial advisory and leadership.
