Paul Chan Chee Onn, CLU, ChFC, has been a director of financial services with Great Eastern Life for the past four decades and is an associate trainer, with more than 40 advisors in his group. As an active member of the International Certification and Standards Board since 2009, he served as their chairman from 2014-2018 and is a past president of the Insurance and Financial Practitioners Association of Singapore. He is also committed to social causes, serving as chairman of Hagar Singapore, a nongovernmental organization dedicated to supporting women and children who have experienced extreme abuse and trauma.

Halili holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and worked with brokerage and advisory firms prior to joining Zurich. Chi Teng Han, CIAM, ChFC/S, is a financial services director at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd. Han earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Southampton, received the Diamond Agency MDRT Culture of Excellence Award in 2025 and the Gold Agency MDRT Culture of Excellence Award in 2024 as well as many other accolades within his company. He has spoken at various MDRT Days and at other events within the financial services profession.
