Carol Kheng, ChFC, is the 2025 President of MDRT. Kheng has served in multiple roles on the MDRT Executive Committee since 2022. She previously served as Divisional Vice President for Global Conference Program General Arrangements in 2019 and for MDRT’s Member Resources–Practice Management Division in 2009. Kheng also has served on the Board of Trustees of the MDRT Foundation, for which she is a Diamond Knight. Kheng is a master financial consultant with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, where she was the founding member and chairperson of its MDRT Club.

Ian Green, Dip PFS, was the 2021 MDRT President and 2017 Top of the Table Global Council Member and Advisory Board Chair. He runs a family-owned financial planning firm and, as an advocate of the Whole Person concept, attributes much of his success to what he learns from MDRT.

Randy L. Scritchfield, CFP, LUTCF, was the 2022 MDRT President. He is also an MDRT Foundation Excalibur Knight, a member of its Inner Circle Society and has served on its Board of Trustees. Scritchfield is founder and president of Montgomery Financial Group, a retirement planning firm. His extensive MDRT volunteer history includes serving on MDRT’s Management Council six times and as a Committee Chair nine times. Among his leadership roles, Scritchfield has served as Top of the Table Divisional Vice President and Advisory Board Chair and Divisional Vice President of Annual Meeting Program Development. Scritchfield has also spoken at numerous MDRT Annual Meetings and Top of the Table Annual Meetings, as well as internationally on behalf of MDRT.

Peggy Tsai, RFP, CCFP, served as the 2023 MDRT President and is a Diamond Knight of the MDRT Foundation and a member of its Inner Circle Society. Tsai, an advisor with Shin Kong Life Insurance Co., has won the award for No. 1 sales achievement in her company for seven consecutive years. Tsai has held numerous volunteer leadership positions for MDRT, including Divisional Vice President of Membership Communications Committee (MCC) Division 2, MCC Region Chair and MCC Zone Chair. Tsai has also volunteered in several capacities for MDRT’s meetings and has presented at the MDRT Annual Meeting. In addition to her MDRT involvement, Tsai has spoken to numerous audiences of financial professionals and has contributed to industry publications in her region.

Chan Ching Laam Natalie is a director of wealth management with more than eight years of experience in financial services. She is the recipient of Hong Kong's Silver Award for Best Financial Planner in 2017, multiple Hong Kong QAA Quality Consultant Awards, and the Gold, Silver and Bronze International Dragon Awards. She also served on MDRT’s Membership Communications Committee as Chair for Hong Kong and Macau from 2018 through 2021.

Chiu Sze Yuet Jessie is executive director of wealth management and a certified life risk planner. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management and has eight years of experience in financial services. She won the 53rd Outstanding Salesperson Award, Hong Kong’s Outstanding Young Insurance Professional in 2020, Quality Consultant Award and Best Recruitment Award among many others.

Hong Chun Po Bo Bo is a sales manager and team lead at FWD Life Insurance Co. Ltd., specializing in all protection-oriented insurance products. She has 21 years of experience in the financial services profession, working exclusively for the same company.

Leung Yu Ying has 12 years of experience in the financial services profession and currently works at AIA International Ltd. She was awarded the Top 10 of the 2024 Greater Bay Area Performers Open Competition and won second place in the 2022 Hong Kong Outstanding Customer Service Individual Award, Field Service category. She has also completed the City University of Hong Kong (creative media) 2023 Mindfulness Facilitator Training Program.

Tai Wing Keung serves as regional director at FWD Life Insurance Co. (Bermuda) Ltd. and holds a bachelor's degree in economics and finance. With more than a decade of experience in the financial sector, he is also a licensed representative with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and has won several awards, including Outstanding Salesperson, Outstanding Financial Planner and Young Insurance Professional of the Year.

Gregory B. Gagne, ChFC, is the 2025 Immediate Past President of MDRT. Gagne has served in multiple roles on the MDRT Executive Committee since 2021. He previously served as Top of the Table Global Council Member and Advisory Board Chair in 2020 and as Program Development Division Global Council Member in 2019. He also has served on the Board of Trustees of the MDRT Foundation, for which he is an Excalibur Knight and a member of its Inner Circle Society. Gagne is the founder of Affinity Investment Group LLC, which provides wealth management and distribution-planning services.

Thian Lung Jong founded the nonprofit organization "Bring It On!" in 2019 and continues to actively give back to the community. He is the author and co-author of three books and has spoken at more than 80 events worldwide. He is on the MDRT Foundation Board of Trustees and served as Global Council Member of the 2024 MDRT Annual Meeting Program General Arrangements Division.

John F. Nichols, MSM, CLU, is the 2025 First Vice President of MDRT. He is a 25-year MDRT member with 20 Court of the Table and 18 Top of the Table qualifications. Nichols served as Global Council Member of MDRT’s Membership Division in 2020 and Chair of its Bylaws and Ethics Committee in 2019. In 2022, he served as President of the MDRT Foundation, for which he is a Royal Order Excalibur Knight and a member of its Inner Circle Society. Nichols is the founder of Nichols Consulting LLC, a nationally recognized disability insurance benefits practice.

Cheng Huann Yeoh, ChFC, CLU, is a senior director with Great Eastern Life. He has been in the financial services profession since 2010 and in leadership since 2015. With more than 10 years of experience as a practitioner and trainer, Yeoh specializes in training, performance management and leadership development.

Paresh B. Shah, CFP, is the managing principal for PareShah Partners and CEO of Merkkuri Wealth Advisors. As a wealth strategist for the past 28 years, Shah helps individuals and businesses create innovative financial strategies that protect today and build for tomorrow. He specializes in pension and profit-sharing, asset protection, estate planning and business succession planning, and co-hosted the talk show “Money & Prosperity.” His professionalism and active service in the community, including his current role as a member of the MDRT Foundation Board of Trustees, make him a trusted advisor within the financial services profession.
