Simon D. Lister, Dip PFS, is the 2025 Nominee of MDRT. In 2021, he served as Global Council Member and Advisory Board Chair of the Top of the Table Division and currently serves as Global Council Member of the Annual Meeting Program Development Division. He also served as Area Chair of the Membership Communications Division. He is a Platinum Knight of the MDRT Foundation and a member of its Inner Circle Society. Lister is an independent financial planner and managing director with ML Financial Associates, where he specializes in retirement planning.

Carol Kheng, ChFCは2025年度MDRT会長です。Khengは2022年以来、MDRT役員会メンバーとして数々の役割を務めています。2019年にグローバル・コンファレンス大会担当ディビジョナル・バイス・プレジデント、2009年にはメンバー・リソース・ベスト・プラクティス担当DVPを務めました。KhengはMDRT Foundationの理事を務めた経験があり、ダイアモンド・ナイトです。Prudential Assurance Company Singaporeではマスター・ファイナンシャル・コンサルタントとして活躍し、同社のMDRT Clubの創設メンバーであり初代チェアを務めました。

Ian Green, Dip PFSは 2021年MDRT会長、2017年トップ・オブ・ザ・テーブル担当グローバル・カウンシルメンバー兼諮問委員会委員長。ファイナンシャル・プランニングの会社を家族で経営し、ホール・パーソン・コンセプトの提唱者として、その成功の多くはMDRTから学んだことに起因していると述べます。

Randy L. Scritchfield, CFP, LUTCFは2022年  MDRT会長です。MDRT  Foundationのエクスカリバー・ナイトであり、インナー・サークル・ソサエティーのメンバー、そしてMDRT Foundationの理事を務めました。リタイアメント・プランニングを専門に扱うMontgomery Financial Groupの創業者社長です。これまでにMDRTの執行役員会メンバー（DVP以上）を6回、委員長を9回務めるほどボランティア経験が豊富。TOT担当DVPおよび諮問委員会、そしてアニュアル・ミーティングの大会準備委員会DVPなど多くのポジションでリーダーシップを発揮しました。ScritchfieldはMDRTアニュアル・ミーティングやトップ・オブ・ザ・テーブル会議で複数回講演をし、MDRTの代表として海外での講演経験も多くあります。

Peggy Tsai, RFP, CCFPは2023年度MDRT会長であり、MDRT Foundationのダイヤモンド・ナイトであり、Inner Circle Societyのメンバーです。Shin Kong生命のアドバイザーであり、7年連続で同社の営業実績No. 1を獲得しました。Tsaiは会員コミュニケーション委員会（MCC) Division 2のDVPやMCC リージョン・チェア、MCCゾーン・チェアを含め、多くのボランティア・リーダーを務めました。またMDRTの大会でもボランティアとして活躍し、アニュアル・ミーティングで講演をした経験もあります。MDRTでの貢献に加え、Tseは所属するリージョンの金融専門家に対して数多くの講演を行い、業界関連の発行物に記事を寄稿してきました。

Ian Green, Dip PFS, was the 2021 MDRT President and 2017 Top of the Table Global Council Member and Advisory Board Chair. He runs a family-owned financial planning firm and, as an advocate of the Whole Person concept, attributes much of his success to what he learns from MDRT.

Randy L. Scritchfield, CFP, LUTCF, was the 2022 MDRT President. He is also an MDRT Foundation Excalibur Knight, a member of its Inner Circle Society and has served on its Board of Trustees. Scritchfield is founder and president of Montgomery Financial Group, a retirement planning firm. His extensive MDRT volunteer history includes serving on MDRT’s Management Council six times and as a Committee Chair nine times. Among his leadership roles, Scritchfield has served as Top of the Table Divisional Vice President and Advisory Board Chair and Divisional Vice President of Annual Meeting Program Development. Scritchfield has also spoken at numerous MDRT Annual Meetings and Top of the Table Annual Meetings, as well as internationally on behalf of MDRT.

Peggy Tsai, RFP, CCFP, served as the 2023 MDRT President and is a Diamond Knight of the MDRT Foundation and a member of its Inner Circle Society. Tsai, an advisor with Shin Kong Life Insurance Co., has won the award for No. 1 sales achievement in her company for seven consecutive years. Tsai has held numerous volunteer leadership positions for MDRT, including Divisional Vice President of Membership Communications Committee (MCC) Division 2, MCC Region Chair and MCC Zone Chair. Tsai has also volunteered in several capacities for MDRT’s meetings and has presented at the MDRT Annual Meeting. In addition to her MDRT involvement, Tsai has spoken to numerous audiences of financial professionals and has contributed to industry publications in her region.

Andrew Ang, ChFC, CIAM, is a seasoned financial services professional and agency leader with Prudential Assurance Company. He specializes in wealth management, financial planning, estate planning and team leadership. He has received awards for his work and holds an advanced diploma in wealth management.

Japheth Chong, is a financial services director with the Eminence Group, co-leading a group of 200 advisors and junior leaders. Chong specializes in branding and coaching Gen Z advisors. He has received numerous awards, including StarClub qualifications and Multi-Million Dollar Agency. He holds a degree in business management from Singapore Management University.

Joie Lim, ChFC, AEPP, is the group director of Luminance, which consistently ranks among the top groups in her company, achieving the Multi-Million Dollar Agency and Multi-Million Dollar Group awards yearly.  She co-authored a book with top financial services leaders, contributing her valuable insights on female leadership and building a learning organization.

Subhas Nathan is a senior financial services director with Prudential Assurance Company. He leads the Eminence Group, which has more than 200 advisors. Nathan specializes in uniting the organization and motivating each advisor to high levels of performance. He has a Bachelor of Science in physics and has received multiple Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Agency awards.

Kim Pong Lim, a global partner of SoundWave Global, is the CEO and founder of StrengthsAsia. As a coach, speaker and LEGO Serious Play facilitator, Lim is on a mission to teach people how to connect meaningfully with others. He is the master trainer for SoundWave and the first of 20 Gallup-Certified strengths coaches in the world.

Shuk Ping Joyce Wu is a branch manager with AIA International Lted. She has worked in financial services for 17 years and has been a leader for nine years. Her agency specializes in protection and retirement planning. Wu has a bachelor’s degree in translation from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was the recipient of the Distinguished Salesperson Award in 2015.

Steven Yam, CIAM, ChFC, is an agency leader with 41 years of experience in the profession. He is an MDRT Quarter Century member and has won numerous awards throughout his career. He has helped other leaders develop their own personal mastery, enabling them to impart their knowledge and skills to their teams. He has coached agency leaders and top producers to have breakthroughs in their performance.

Cheng Huann Yeoh, ChFC, CLU, is a senior director with Great Eastern Life. He has been in the financial services profession since 2010 and in leadership since 2015. With more than 10 years of experience as a practitioner and trainer, Yeoh specializes in training, performance management and leadership development.

Hong Chun Po Bo BoはFWD生命保険株式会社の営業部長兼チームリーダーであり、保障性保険商品を専門的に扱っています。彼女は同社で21年間、金融サービス業務に注力してきました。

Leung Yu YingはAIA International Ltdに所属するファイナンシャル・サービス専門家として12年の経験があります。2024年のGreater Bay Area Performers Open Competitionのトップ10に入賞し、2022年には香港顧客サービス個人部門の最優秀賞を受賞しました。また2023年には香港城市大学（クリエイティブ・メディア）のマインドフルネス・ファシリテーター養成プログラムを修了しました。

Gregory B. Thian Lung Jongは2019年に非営利団体「Bring It On!」を設立し、現在も積極的に地域社会への貢献を続けています。3冊の著書と共著があり、世界中で80以上のイベントで講演を行っています。MDRT Foundationの理事であり、2024年MDRTアニュアル・ミーティングPGA担当グローバル・カウンシル ・メンバーとして活躍しました。
