Simon D. Lister, Dip PFS, is the 2026 Secretary of MDRT. He served as Global Council Member of the 2025 MDRT Annual Meeting Program Development Division. He previously served as Chair of the Main Platform Committee for the 2024 MDRT Annual Meeting, Chair of the Focus Sessions Committee for the 2023 MDRT Annual Meeting, and as Global Council Member and Advisory Board Chair of the Top of the Table Division in 2021. He also is a Platinum Knight of the MDRT Foundation and a member of its Inner Circle Society. Lister is an independent financial planner and managing director with ML Financial Associates.

Clay Gillespie, CFP, CLU, is the 2026 First Vice President of MDRT. An Excalibur Knight of the MDRT Foundation, Gillespie served as Global Council Member of MDRT’s Finance Division in 2023 and as Top of the Table Global Council Member and Advisory Board Chair in 2019. He was Captain of the 2015 MDRT Annual Meeting Focus Sessions Committee and has served as Chair of several committees in the Top of the Table Division. Gillespie is a financial advisor, portfolio manager and managing director with RGF Integrated Wealth Management.

Vincent Gan, ChFC, CLU, is an executive senior director with Great Eastern Financial Advisers Singapore and has been in the financial services profession for 20 years. He specializes in agency leadership, training and development, with a passion for helping financial consultants grow purposefully and sustainably. A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Gan has served on industry councils, spoken at international forums and received numerous company and industry accolades.

Hidehiko Niina ニーナヒデヒコ is an empowerer, someone who gives you the courage to believe in yourself. As a survivor living with seven different cancers and a former life insurance advisor, he delivers presentations and workshops focused on the theme of living with illness. He delivers his message to insurance companies and corporations, sharing practical approaches to building trusting relationships with clients and reminding them of their purpose.

Jason Strongerhead Tan is global brands marketer at Jensen Siaw International and, without any formal marketing qualifications, has established professional relationships with top advertising agencies using unconventional strategies to craft campaigns for global brands like Nike, Heineken and Guinness. His high-impact approaches, which have been recognized with 15 industry awards, have formed Strongerhead Blueprint, a strategic framework designed to create mental systems that produce sustainable wins. He holds an MBA, has received seven Teaching Excellence Awards and delivers keynotes for major financial organizations.

Yu-Shiuan Chen serves as senior vice president of marketing at Golden Insurance Brokers, bringing 18 years of expertise and specializing in legacy planning and tax strategy. A recipient of the International Dragon Award, she was recognized as the National Best Professional Consultant by Insurance Faith, Hope and Love Awards in 2023. Chen holds a degree in financial law from the School of Law at National Taiwan University.
